Shipping Costs 

All shipping costs are included in the listed artwork price. Buyers will not be charged any additional fees for standard shipping. 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes 

All customs duties, import taxes, and related charges are included in the purchase price. Collectors will not be asked to pay additional import duties or customs clearance fees at delivery. 

Delivery Timelines 

Delivery times vary depending on the location of the artwork and the delivery address of the buyer. Estimated timelines will be provided at checkout or communicated separately. We make every effort to deliver within the estimated time but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to customs or carrier delays. 

Carriers and Handling 

We work with trusted logistics partners experienced in handling fine art. Artworks are professionally packed to ensure safe delivery. For high-value artworks, specialized fine art shippers may be used. 

Risk of Loss 

Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the artwork is handed over to the carrier. 

Damage in Transit 

If your artwork arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you on a resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund (handled on a case-by-case basis). 

Restrictions

We ship internationally, but some destinations may have restrictions on importing artworks or NFTs (where applicable). It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with local import regulations.
