You agree to use our Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You must not misuse or attempt to disrupt the functionality of the Site. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. 

Products and Services 

We offer artworks (physical and digital), NFTs, and related services (e.g., framing, shipping, advisory). All items are subject to availability. We make every effort to display artworks accurately, but colors, scale, and details may differ slightly due to screen settings or photography. 

Pricing and Payment 

All prices are listed in [Currency] and are all-inclusive of shipping, customs duties, and import taxes. Payments must be made using the approved methods on our Site. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. 

Shipping and Delivery 

Shipping costs are included in the listed price of the artwork. All customs duties, import taxes, and related charges are also included in the purchase price. Delivery timelines will be communicated at checkout or separately. Risk of loss passes to you once the artwork is delivered to the carrier. 

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations 

Due to the unique nature of artworks, all sales are considered final. However, returns or refunds may be accepted on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and accompanied by valid reasons (e.g., significant discrepancy from description, damage in transit, etc.). If approved, return shipping will be coordinated by us. The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Customized or commissioned

artworks are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances. 

NFTs and Digital Works 

Purchase of an NFT grants you ownership of the token, but not the copyright to the underlying artwork, unless otherwise specified. You are responsible for securing your digital wallet and understanding blockchain-related risks (volatility, gas fees, etc.). We are not liable for losses due to wallet hacks, lost private keys, or third-party failures. 

Intellectual Property 

All content on the Site (text, images, designs, and trademarks) belongs to us or our licensors. Artists retain copyright to their works unless expressly transferred. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit any part of our content without written permission. 

Third-Party Links 

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of such websites. 

Dispute Resolution 

Parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through informal negotiations in good faith. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (India), or equivalent governing law. Arbitration will be conducted by three arbitrators: one appointed by each party, and a third jointly appointed. The decision will be final and binding. 

Limitation of Liability 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability in any matter will not exceed the total amount you paid for the product or service in question. 

Indemnification 

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.
